Everyone likes a sweet treat every now and then!

Insomnia Cookies, conveniently located near the UT Tyler main campus on University Drive, boasts delicious cookies with late-night opening hours. They have a sizable menu with three vegan options: chocolate chunk, double chocolate chunk, and birthday cake.

These cookies are moist and warmed when you order them. They’re on the smaller end, but we found them so rich and packed full of flavor that just two of these cookies was satisfying enough!

We tried the double chocolate chunk. It was so rich, creamy, and warm that it reminded us of a warmed fresh brownie. Very sweet, would pair perfectly with a nice cold glass of oat milk.

We found their pricing to be on par with other similar cookie shops. Two vegan double chocolate chunk cookies cost us just under $6.
